Our skin is the most important thing for us, we don’t realize this at a younger age but as we get older we need to take care of our skin like a baby and this is really good for our own health and beauty. Why not give some time to our skin by creating a healthy skincare routine. I have some easy tips on how to create your skincare routine, try to follow these steps and you’ll feel so good.
A cleanser is the first step for your facial care routine, it helps to remove dead skin, makeup particles,pollution, dirt and oil from your pores. For different skin types like oily, dry and normal multiple cleansers are available. Oily skin needs an active cleanser to prevent breakouts. On the other hand, dry skin needs a creamy lotion type cleanser. moreover, use an alcohol-free cleanser for normal skin.
If you want clean and clear skin, the second step would be to use a toner after cleanser and exfoliate your skin, this will clean your skin pores internally, remove dirt, dead skin and makeup particles from your skin. Toner is also available for all types of skin.
Moisturizer is designed to make your skin healthy and powerful to face daily basis problems like pollution and dirt etc. You must apply moisturizer to protect your skin from dirt, pollution, and sun and air pollution. It never clogs your pores and one more benefit of moisturizing is it even hydrates your skin. Try to get a moisturizer with SPF to protect your skin from the sun.
1. MAKEUP REMOVER
As makeup is important, its removal is also important because small particles of makeup can create many skin problems like pimples, redness, and blackheads. Use makeup remover, it activates microcirculation of blood in your face due to the massage action. After this, you will really feel the joy of freshness and well-moisturized skin.

3. RETINOL EYE CREAM
Retinol work as an antioxidant to repair damaged skin. It is used in many products to decrease wrinkles it also helps to even skin tone and skin discoloration. Apply retinol eye cream on wrinkles to decrease them and never apply too close and around your eyes because the area around your eye is very sensitive.

Exfoliate your body once a week to remove dead skin cells from your body. when you don,t exfoliate your body you will face problems like hair loss, breakouts, pimples and more. There are many ways to exfoliate our bodies. You can use a sponge and pumice stone on your body to exfoliate, except face and sensitive part of your body.

3. CHANGE BED SHEET
We must change our bed sheet every week because when you lay down on your bed the particles from your body and skin like dead skin cells, dirt and other releases on the bed. When we continuously sleep on the same bedsheet we can face many skin problems, try to make your surroundings clean and keep your skin and health away from germs, dirt and other bad things.

After a whole month, your body needs some extra pampering like spa, massage and your face also needs some rest. Take your self to the professionals for facial care. After doing this you will thank me because after a facial you will get a so refreshed and beautiful skin.
Threading is a process through which you can remove your extra facial hairs from the forehead, upper lips, chin and shaping your eyebrows. When you get threading clearly you can see the difference on your face, looking extra clear and clean.
3. CLEAN MAKEUP BRUSHES
This is the most important part of your skincare routine, you should wash your makeup brushes every month. If you are using them too much, wash them once a week. There are many easy ways of washing brushes. Like, take half water in the bowl add some soap and dip your brushes for a half-hour, after half-hour rinses them with water.
Our body is 60% to 70% water. Obviously to maintain our body and have healthy skin we have to drink more water. It gives us clear and clean skin if you drink at least 12 glass of water per day if you really want a glowy and smooth skin.
Diet is the most important thing for internally and physically, our skin is also dependent on what we eat. Due to the bad quality of food and junk food, our skin suffers a lot of problems like pimples, blackheads and many others. Try to eat healthy for good skin and body.
Our brain needs some rest after a hectic day, we should take a good sleep of at least 8 hours per day. Sufficient sleep is necessary for our brain and as well as for our skin. If you are tired and exhausted your skin also reflects it on your face, make sure you sleep for 8 hours daily.
