Replacement & Exchange

  1. How many days customer have to return a product?
    Within 5 days of receiving.
  2. How will they receive the refund (credit or replacement)
    Depends on the customer and the issue.
  3. Who pays for shipping to return the product
    Splash Colours will not gonna pay your return charges.
  4. How will the customer receive the refund payment?
    The customer will receive the payment Via Easy Paisa / Bank Transfer / Jazz Cash. 
  5. Reason which is not valuable?
    Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
    Product size is already mentioned in the description, so return or exchange on this basis is not in our policy. kindly read the size, material, and other details before placing your order.
  6. The following information needs to be provided by the complainant when complaining online:
  • Order Number
  • Picture of the product highlighting the defect
  • Picture/Scan of invoice
  • Picture of parcel.

7. RETURN / EXCHANGE CHARGES
Return & exchange delivery charges will be deducted from the paid amount because our delivery is FREE.

8. No return/EXCHANGE for stock clearance sale products.
